Commercial first-party service fees can step down from 20% to 18% and 15% as annual Audience spend grows, with high-volume Enterprise pricing negotiated separately.
Participant rewards stay separate from SierraTec service fees. Plan first-party recruitment, customer-owned audiences, optional external sample, and hybrid sourcing with an explicit cost breakdown before launch.
If a study advertises a participant reward, SierraTec's standard service fee is calculated separately. External sample also shows provider cost separately from SierraTec orchestration.
These are default prototype settings for SierraTec's commercial model; Enterprise agreements and production policies can override them.
