Publishing and sharing your survey

A new survey starts as a Draft - only you can see it. Click Publish once it's ready; this requires at least one question.

After publishing, your survey's public link appears at the top of its edit page. Anyone with the link can open and respond to it, unless you've made it private (see below).

Making a survey private

Toggle Private in the survey details form and set an access password. Respondents will need that password to open the survey - useful for internal or invite-only research.

Closing a survey

Click Close survey at any time to stop accepting new responses. Existing responses stay intact and remain visible on your dashboard.
