Refund policy, No-show, and cancellation
SierraTec Secure is committed to provide quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. A customer can reschedule or cancel a service (Class) within forty (40) day or more without charges. In a situation where a customer must cancel or reschedule our service or a class a fees will be charge based on the following terms and condition.
- For a period of twenty (20) days or more a 35% charge for a change or refund of full price to the customer.
- For a period less than 15 days a charge fee of 50% of the amount paid for a change or refund of the full price.
- For no-shows, no refund will be provided but have the option to reschedule base on availability.
